Company has a motto to hire new immigrants at a dismal pay. Company is an open door for its employees. There are SLT members who run the organisation like a high-school project. They are exclusive to a certain type of immigrants who are new to the country as it is easy to exploit them at a lower pay. If you are hired as an engineer, you will only end up doing documentation for the time you spent there. There is no actual project that you will end up working on. SLT members lack any leadership quality that may be existent in the books of management. They have fired people without paying them the legal dues.
