* When I was working there, time tracking was really messy. * CEO visited the company only 1-2 times a year and had no clue what's happening in the office (he was surprised about a lack of ventilation there) * Grey salary (at least in 2016) * HW policies were super strict: it's much easier to buy a second monitor or chair by yourself than argue with management. Second monitor provision may take up to a year, as it needs to be planned in the next year budget. Default chairs were the cheapest possible ones.
