The facebook group (DaDaABC Teaching Fun) is so useful to view other teachers' problems/questions. The staff (IT, Co-ordinator and TA) is always helpful and responds to my queries as soon as they are able by email or wechat. The students are mostly adorable and really keen to learn and participate. Students ages and abilities vary greatly - so I'm never bored in class with my regular students.

The online server itself (when you have downloaded and installed the software) is sometimes slow and has glitches - but I believe they are still currently updating the new system! The courseware is often inappropriate for the student in question to a considerable amount of improvising is necessary to keep their attention as well as teach them something of value.
