      Good Opportunity for freshers, Good Team members, Good work place,forcing to do work in less time, full pressure, late night workings,

      * Employees are treated as contract labourers * Employees are treated as they have no work other than the office work * Employees are forced to work on nights - working on late nights on few days is fine, but not always * Total 7 days need to work including saturday's and sunday's * No proper time management * Employees has to nod the head blindly or else they will be targetted.

      Thanks for your insights. We are listening and do want to work on sorting out any issues you are facing. Please reach out to your HRM as a first step. The intent is to see how work allocation can be sorted which will hopefully lead to sorting out all the other aspects as well.
