Where to start? The cons are endless. Coming onto Dailylook I was told we are paid on salary, work from home a couple days out of the week, and receive commission on the boxes we style. Did any of that play out? NO. Yeah our department was on salary for a week or two but all of a sudden that changed and we are now being switched over to hourly pay...what? I'm pretty sure that's illegal. As for the working at home part....ANOTHER lie! Commission? No one has seen one dime of commission. Everyone in this department came in wanting to love their job, only to leave hating the company and the unreal numbers they enforce. At the end of the day, uppermanagment only see us as a number and if we don't meet their status quo every month we're fired. I've seen more than half of the department get fired or leave due to this reason. It's sad. Management continues to lie to us and the turnover rate for this position is very, very high. People come into work fearing they are going to lose their jobs, this is not a safe work environment to grow and thrive in. When I started everyone was fired up and dedicated. Now everyone is beaten down, bitter, & plotting their exits. Shame on you Dailylook....

- Flexible schedule - Management mostly leaves you alone (which is another way of saying I don't know what they do all day) - Good inventory most of the time

- Outdated tech - Unprofessional management - Meetings that could have been emails - Lack of transparency - Having to rely on management to share our metrics with us. - Receiving metrics communications that are inaccurate. - Doing away with the yearly bonus without an announcement. Only telling us when we asked in a call. My main concern is that stylists' goodwill is often overlooked in favor of company goals. I understand that if the company isn't making money, then our jobs could go away. But, it seems like DailyLook has forgotten that the main thing they advertise and what makes them unique is our work as stylists.
