* nice and very friendly collegues * useful product, with a nice customer base * Rumo, the office dog

* chaos on the management level * chaos in the work process (especially in the IT department) * huge IT issues which nobody seems to be able to solve * unmotivated developers, big turnover * constant change of strategies, which lead to cancellaction of project efforts or abrupt change of work processes, which leads to people being demotivated * the office is loud and untidy * it feels like working in a kindergarden sometimes * big issues with keeping competent people with work experiences in IT * intransparency * bullying
