They had some nice perks like paying every week and a gas card. Each Super was given a company credit and home depot card so you could get what you needed for the job. The new hire orientation was nice I really felt welcomed. Unfortunatly it all went down hill from there.

There was a serious lack of leadership from upper management. New employees felt like they were on an island. It felt like I was on the show Amazing Race and was trying to find clues for what the company processes were. They use out dated tracking software which wastes a lot of time and makes everyone counter productive. Roles and responsibilities were never clearly defined so it became an "every man for himself" kind of environment.
