I dont know how people are surviving in this company. The HR department is useless and will misguide you. The environment is really very bad. Be prepared to be abused any time. They will fire you any time with no reason. No job security and lot of useless policies. You will be fired very soon and they will not give you the salary for notice period you served. They ask you to leave the company instantly without notice period and you will not get the salary. Very high pressure. Team Leads love politics. They give good rating to their loved ones only and you will be ignored if you are not among them and it will affect your appraisal. Very low appraisals. Company timing issue. You will be feel like you are living in JAPAN. 1 minute late and your salary will be deducted. There is a 2 YEAR bond for freshers and thats why managers & Directors pressurize them to work late night. I have seen some freshers sittings till 4 AM. HR has no ethics. They do not follow the rules and behave like jokers. Very low salary. Peon's salary will be higher than yours. This company hires employees for short period. Once project is over you will be out of this company. They will make you work every weekend you will get no benefit in return.
