Management has over hired and seem to think theres still a need for more bodies. The main issue is they all came in externally and did not meet current teams and hired external senior managers, supervisors etc. Did not promote anyone internally. They have now went on this hiring spree without knowledge of how many people are actually needed and job functions These directors, manager, supervisors could not do any basic functions that their teams do. It is truly waisted overhead and on top of that they are overstaffing the entry level roles.
