The constant barrage of ill-informed decisions and useless “advice” from them is maddening and detrimental to both productivity and morale. The salary is pitiful, and any promise of variable pay is a farce. When they say they’re a bootstrap company with no money, it’s just an excuse for their failure to provide fair compensation.
