As for turnover, you are not incorrect that we’ve changed staff in the past year. Primarily because we have moved towards our new business alignment of Marketing and Design as our future. We provided everyone with the option to choose if this direction aligned with their passions and career goals to openly decide if where the company was going was for them, and we understood that this future was potentially not meant for everyone. For those that decided this was not going to be a right fit, we wished them well, and provided great recommendations for those seeking new employment.
