8 hours compulsory in office If you are pregnant they won't provide you work from home you have to.complete 8 hours ,After maternity period ,you will get only 2 month WFH after that you have to come to office on mandatory days for 8 hours They do not have any policy or your manager would not provide WFH for new Mother for 12 months like other banks do,It is completely manager driven organization
