      Supportive leadership with a structured 30-60-90 day plan Welcoming culture where collaboration is genuinely practiced Although this company is a start-up Diality has a great opportunity to learn new systems and expand skill sets. One thing that I enjoy are the Lunch & Learning sessions that encourage growth. Team members are respectful, humble, and eager to share knowledge of new developments.

We also appreciate your feedback regarding the office space. As our team continues to grow, we recognize the importance of ensuring our work environment scales with us. We have recently aquired a temporary 2nd office to be able to fit more team members comfortably, while we work on aquiring a more permanent solution. Thank you for your thoughtful review.

      I liked my manager, and also the people I worked with. It’s a startup but it’s got the pillars in place. I also enjoyed the efforts the organization makes to keep employees connected.

      Diality lacks clear strategy. While it’s true that startup organizations move fast, and are more willing to take risks, but in a regulated environment, one needs to be more thoughtful.
