Toxcic culture, micro management, poor work life balance, expected to available 24 hours lol according to an idiot manager, HR is used to ged rid of people, no diversity in middle to senior management, American owned supergroup, they are not afraid to say they ruthless in their pursuit of profits, severance package are offered with threat of retrechment even though they are advertising your role, and if you call them out (CCMA) on their bluff they move, expected to at work 15 minutes before your shift, sign a warning if you 1 minute late. The things that is happening in that company is crazy!!! Stay away if you are unemployed and desparte take it but then quickly leave. In then less then a year there was 4 retrechments, staff laughed about it. Oh yes you are not allowed to talk about anything.
