Very chill and Easy-going place to work. - Recensione dipendente - Animator presso Digital Brew

-In the time I have worked at Digital Brew I have always felt the work is usually something thats fun to work on and sometimes find myself looking forward to working on. -The work environment is fairly relaxed, The people are extremely friendly and welcoming and you will not find a more drama-free workplace. -I have also never worked in an office with such respectable work-life balance, VERY flexible PTO. -Great place to hone your animation skills, learn new things here every single day and make good money doing it. -The CEO, You will not meet a more fair, friendly and caring leader anywhere else you work. Not to mention the hardest working individual at the company. -The company is also VERY open to ideas from anyone on ways to make the workplace a fun and creative environment anyway possible. -If there is some kind of desk/computer or office accessories that you need the company happily will oblige. Some smaller perks of things I personally like: -Christmas Party events, Team Day events throughout the year (Sometimes that might be a workday spent at a theme park or something else that we vote on.) -Team lunch on the company every other Friday, Its voted on. -Always lots of free coffee -Snacks and drinks always on hand and of course you can request anything in the snacks/drinks if the office doesn't have it. -Lots of food in walking distance to the office/Downtown Orlando

-Sometimes we get periods where were not super busy BUT we find ourselves still learning new things and working on company passion projects during these times. -On the flip-side sometimes the company is VERY busy and time management becomes our best friend.

The artists at the company are nice people.

Boss has zero respect for his employees and will not listen to any concern you have about the ridiculously high stress levels, bad senior management, and horribly fast and unintuitive pre-production process that he refuses to revise to make better videos. EVERYONE in the company knows this but nobody has any power to veto him because he is the owner and thinks he knows best (he does not know 3D at all). He burns bridges with every employee that leaves the company because he takes everything personally and manipulates you by telling him his feelings are hurt. In my experience.. While working unpaid overtime the boss purposely avoided me for 2 straight weeks while refusing to talk or see me in any capacity to come up with solutions or simply just to make me feel supported in doing what should be a 2 month project in 3 weeks. The last 3 months at the company I was severely depressed and struggling with horrible anxiety about my boss. I would not recommend working with him.
