Promotions from within group was slow

Interesting biometrics products. Good reputation for Customer Service; great customers. Many good people to work with. Always made the best fingerprint readers for commercial applications in the industry.

Culture has changed in the last year, due to being acquired by Private Equity firm. Marketing has not improved product strategy or execution, and communications with employees and customers non-existent. New management team has created a negative culture; people are afraid to ask questions. Merger with CrossMatch has resulted in lay-offs.
