Lot of time off when you needed it; great work life balance.

At the time I worked there, DMA was going though a rough patch financially. I was hired to do a job no one wanted and received very little support or opportunities for growth. There was a lot of work to be done, but only a select few 'could do it right.' No team-environment., just out for themselves. Some employees were downright rude and purposefully blocked projects. NY office competed against the WDC office and ruined synergy.
