I have never worked with a more self important group of people. It’s a small company ran by a leadership team that thinks they’re running a Fortune 500 company. Lots of stress on hierarchy and makes sure you know your place is below them. Bait and switch on PTO, will be expected to respond to texts, phone calls, emails, etc. when you’re on PTO.
