Advertise free parking but now the garages no longer have space because of the mandatory 5 days in office COO is like a micromanager, watching when people leave there desk, walk in, take their lunches, walk out the door or even go to the bathroom makes the whole place feel hostile. Your PTO isn’t yours you’re still expected to be on call. And you can’t use it how you like it seems exclusive to appointments or being away half a day. No work life balance for anyone with any kind of family situation HR is a joke and protects predators with the company All promotions are based on brown nosing and nepotism New Dress code being implemented seems more about selling their own merch than anything. Allowed for two pay periods for new clothes but shafted people on bonuses who were hoping to utilize that to cover the expense
