Great team and work-life balance is good

There are no cons to this company

1. Great training, willing to take chances on those without experience 2. Manager is very understanding and will try to work with you to improve 3. Very flexible, if you need to WFH one day because of an emergency

1. Structure is a bit unfair, the seniors there are handed meetings that count against you. 2. Internal promotion isn't really that strong here, would rather hire externally than promote 3. Not all the coworkers are that nice, some of them have high school mentality. 4. Account Managers and senior SDR have deals where they help each other, so harder for newbies.
