You are just a number, if you do not fit the bill or are not performing up to unattainable standards they will quite happily boot you out of the door.
In looking back, I have never been unhappier in a job than I was here and I had not spoken to anyone there who wasn't.
Management are out to make themselves look good and will twist things in any way they can, throwing whomever under the bus in the process.
They're trying to drive cultural change but this is just a superficial drive, no management or HR actually care or want to listen.
