Working constantly and following all the rules to still be affected negatively. Having no recourse for the things they do to their drivers. Being told that your on time by support but marked late in the app(which effects your status and thusly your pay) Being paid less than 30 cents per mile for a 25mile trip Using your own car and insurance Paying for your own gas Being taxed like an independent contractor but making less than 10 dollars per hour before expenses while also having to work a schedule that they allow for offers that they show me while collecting fees from both me and the customer and then saying that they are not part of the process and are not liable for any negative experience as a result of any order taken from their app Having a record of all of this and not being able to do anything.
