We are actively working to balance our company’s growth while ensuring that workloads remain manageable. Your feedback, and that of the team, is crucial as we make these improvements. I also want to clarify that our time-off policy includes 15 paid vacation days, 5 sick days, 3 mental health days, and paid holiday leave, along with holiday premium pay for anyone working on a statutory holiday. In terms of compensation, we regularly review our pay structure to ensure it remains competitive, and we base raises and promotions on performance.
