The product is the best product in the market and we have lots of great customers. There’s a lot of hard work to do, but the sales team isn’t expected to compromise work/life balance to achieve results. People are friendly and supportive. Everybody works together to win deals. The sales development program is world class and I have never received so many opportunities generated by SDRs at other companies.

I’ve been at the company for a while and I’ve witnessed the company go from highly supportive of sales to openly hostile towards sales and salespeople. Senior sales leadership is jumping ship including the leader who commands the respect of the sales team and who is directly responsible the reasons why the company scaled so fast. With his departure many members of the sales team are wondering if there is a future for the company. Not enough support from marketing to generate more inbound leads. The product has remained static and there seems to be no roadmap for developing additional features to help the sales team increase contract values. We hear a lot that the company is burning a lot of money each quarter while it continues to hire non-revenue producing employees.
