Super supportive leadership, great staff, like a family

Long hours and not much PTO/overage if you need the day off

Pay and benefits are good for the industry and don't require any prior experience, just a good work ethic. Upper management/corporate truly seem to care about the people and the company doing well. Hours can usually be worked around a personal time availability. I've also seen a lot of people move upwards in the company on all levels.

Maybe only a half con, but the hours can be long and busy and they almost always want you to be doing something. They don't like paying overtime when they can help it. Lower management can be sub par at times.
