Drawboard consistently hires not just talented people but really really great people, who are genuinely great to work with - lots of room to learn new areas of the business and have a say - fast moving - transparent - the opportunity to work on a really cool problem and interesting tech stack

      - it’s a growth stage startup/scale up so things aren’t always predictable (which is part of the fun) but it can be hard if you are used to very structured processes

The culture allows for various opportunities to grow and advance. Everyone is extremely supportive and understanding which is very encouraging and engaging.
