1) You’ll gain firsthand experience in how not to run a company. 2)Great place if you’re into buzzwords, pivots, and management speeches that belong on LinkedIn rather than in a business plan. 3)You’ll develop strong survival skills navigating chaos, ego, and last-minute decisions. 4) Some colleagues are genuinely talented they just happen to be led by PowerPoint slides instead of strategy.

1) The CEO’s ego has its own orbit; decision-making revolves entirely around it. 2) Top management is out of touch and allergic to logic ,direction changes every other month. 3) GST raid? Check. Mass layoffs? Check. Accountability? Never showed up. 4) The “AI pivot” is a complete joke — not a single AI engineer in the entire office, yet somehow it’s the new company identity. 5) Droom Rentals had under 100 orders in 6 months, but you’ll still hear “we’re disrupting the industry.” 6) Culture is built on fear and fancy titles not on innovation or execution.
