Good work life balance, friendly environment, low turn over, daily training, open communications, Average benefit and insurance, many many company events, performance reviews are easy, good commission

Constant meeting some times get into the way of actual work, there is also commission cap for the sales team, good bonus structure to management only, bad hr but overall not too much complaint

great staff and hours are decent with very pleasant customers and workers

none thus far that i can think of i love everything about working at dunderbaks.
