No onboarding/training whatsoever: there’s no structure, no workflow to follow, lack of mentorship. No inclusion if you are a foreign employee: they want to act as a multinational company but they are lagging light-years behind compared to other competitors, keeping a close mentality, empowering only english native speakers. No involvement: never kept in the loop of what’s going on in the business. Constant feeling of being invisible, undervalued and unappreciated. Not an International approach. Employees themselves do not welcome work with foreign staff, who are indirectly isolated and excluded from the team and the business. simply you do not exist. No Communication: communication happens only among tenured employees Toxic working culture No Team: there’s no clear communication across all departments, no team meetings, especially on site, those are only reserved to senior members, no bonding, everyone acts individually not as a team. No Rules for seniors: rules are only for newbies as tenured employees have a different treatment (e.g. remote working days) Absent/ bad management: Managers are only interested in the business matters, are not leaders and they don’t care about people management. There is lack of support, lack of 1 to 1 meetings, no career development plans and opportunities. No feedback. No Trust: you are assigned only a few tasks during the day, ending up doing nothing for the 80% of the day. newbies are kept out of any decision. No professional growth at all.
