Current manager - Recensione dipendente - Fresh Food Manager presso Dunnes Stores

39hr contract (expected to work over 45hrs (6hrs non paid ) Hired as a hands off manager , no time to actually manage just a glorified counter server ,chef, cleaner baby sitter as all staff are college students. No time to do your job efficiently. Essentially looking for two workers for the price of one. Lunch and breaks for fresh food managers are non existent. Every other department manager seems to be able time to stand around talking and on their phones. Senior management find it acceptable to use intimidation as a form of motivation instead of offering assistance.
