Management works as hard, if not harder, than employees. Leading by example. 8.) All Department managers are competent and have cross-disciplinary knowledge. 9.) Firing is never taken lightly, and is justified 99% of the time.

1.) Some boring work 2.) Client expectations sometimes out of hand and unchecked 3.) Pay is too little to raise a family. Not a career, but a good job. 4.) Sometimes management can tend to micro-manage.
