Vantaggi

The free coffee at all locations

Svantaggi

To many to name, but here are the main ones: - Management: Very toxic and greedy. Only care about making money. Does not want to hear feedback. Very old school, there way or the highway. - Unrealistic quotas: Quotas are set so high to reach your bonus they are unattainable. Encourages employees on a low enough salary already to work overtime (for free) to hit quotas - Short staffed: Because they short staff to save money, employees are forced to work multiple roles, but only get paid for one. - Growth: There is absolutely ZERO growth in this company. They will promise you the world, that if you work hard you will grow, but employees who've been there 10+ years have only received a $1,000 raise- IMPOSSIBLE to keep up with inflation. It's a toxic cycle where you come in and get promised the world, work extremely hard for 1 year, and that's when reality sets in you're not getting promoted or a raise.

Vantaggi

-Team members are great -Hour and a half paid lunch -Half days on, half days off with full time pay (13 hour days though) -Health benifits

Svantaggi

-Lots of responsibilities, facility maintenance, customer service, sales, retail store upkeep, contract management, and anything else that comes up. -Very low pay for the work involved. Associates currently get paid below minimum wage which senior management claims is OK because of the bonus pay on hitting sales targets (likely illegal, since bonus pay is not guaranteed but I am not an employment lawyer). Managers paid below industry average. -huge sales push from management. You will be asked to work as if you are working sales, but you will not be paid as such. Bonus pay just gets you to where you should be being paid in the first place. -micromanagement and a lack of respect for work/life balance -currently experiencing MASSIVE turnover -store managers lack real management powers, are treated more as the most senior associate
