Chill, flexible hours, free att hand sanitizer, masks, wipes. Team and crew bonding nights weekly. Get a iPad. Weekly pay. Bonuses were crazy. Once u get the hang of it and your pitch down and can tell if someone is interested or not, it gets easy. Don’t have to see that many doors once u get nice.

Walk all day, on your feet, commission only job (they have base pay but if u don’t get 600$ in sales, the company has to pay that too u, and the week u do get over 600$ in sales, they’ll subtract whatever they reimbursed u) . So since they don’t wanna pay u the deductions when u have a bad week, they basically force u to be on commission, or just fire u. Pyramid scheme / recruiting type of job. Ngl, this job is kind of draining because of the non stop walking and standing and talking to folks in “the field” all day for at least 5-6 hours. And u work saturdays as well, unless u hit 800$ in sales that week. Everytime I came home, I would be too tired to do anything and I’m a very active person. Then I just got to a point where I started to just thug it out
