There is room for improvement in process standardization and communication between departments. Other than that, it's not too much of an issue.

I can see how my contributions benefit the organization. This is the first job where I actually look forward to each day, constantly challenged, and never bored.

I probably want to work more than I should. So I push myself some weeks and end up working more hours, mainly learning and experimenting, for the purposes of making myself more effective in my role.
