-Company culture is terrible. -Sr. Management speaks to their employees with a disparaging and condescending tone. They are arrogant and completely self-serving. -Use an Objective and Key Result (OKR) style of management. Which if used effectively would be a Pro. However, OKR's are always "stretch goals" and if are not met will still be used against you during review periods. Also, OKRs are departmental and it is normal for one departments OKR to be in direct conflict with another departments OKRs thus causing hostile environments. -Voluntary and involuntary company attrition is high. Work is just offloaded onto others and they are expected perform their regular duties as well as the others that left. -Turn-around time of new hires (which is rare) is horrible. -Sr. Management does not believe that their employees are one of their greatest assets. You are expendable.
