amazing supervisors and clients of all ages

The flexibility I have in this job is rarely seen in most companies and its great to be able to have that kind of freedom that allows me to do my job but still live my life. Plus, I love working for a company that helps autistic children. It makes work not feel like work when you know that what you do on a near-daily basis is helping those who can't help themselves.

Its not necessary a full con, but with there being four clinics in areas not close to each other, sometimes there is a disconnect with who is who and whom does what at the company. But its not a dealbreaker when working at this company.
