Challenging technical environment, I got very good exposure to how deep software architecture and designing works. Although the team was small, but the product (TDAUX) was very vast from a development point of view. Technically you get a lot to learn Management is good, with a startup mindset. I got to work in every aspect of the product, UI, MT, Backend, and integration with instant messaging and many other things... As it is with every product company, sometimes there were very deep learning curves, but the involvement of the team and management made it a bit easy.

Not much, just need to be a fast learner as it's a technically challenging environment.

1. Multiple technologies to work with 2. Freedom to comeup with new ideas and solutions. 3. Open hand to do learn, experiment and implement the solution you think will work.

1. Major focus is to implement latest technologies, so you need to be on the edge of your toe. 2. Need to work hard and put more hours, but it pays off in future part of the career.
