-Negative work environment, very little conservation between coworkers. -The schedule is so random and ad-hoc. They update the schedule every 2 hours. -Students are drilling with questions exercises through the computer, with minimal human tuition. Some students are required to do questions from 9 am to 6 pm. It is very unhealthy for teenagers. -The custom program is outdated and cumbersome. It feels like it was from 20 years ago. -6 full working days per week, 7 days annual leaves ... and they expect you to work on weekends (both Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays. Are you kidding me? -High turnover rate !!!!! MUST-READ !!!!!! -The hiring process is a JOKE, the interview process is not difficult and very easy to get the offer... However, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, DON'T CELEBRATE TOO EARLY !!!. A lot of new teachers suddenly get fired within the probation period. They will just tell you are not suitable for this learning centre and tell you to leave immediately. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR !!! Don't apply to this learning centre. Don't listen to what they tell you about the performance bonus. It is a TRAP.
