Vantaggi
I haven't posted a review on here in the past two years of working for them, but after reading the really negative reviews that were left recently I felt obligated to share my experience. This company has a good foundation, good culture, and has never pushed scientology on me despite what other reviews have said. They have treated me with respect and have been extremely flexible and caring about my preferences with my schedule (I am part time). I have felt accepted and encouraged in my own beliefs. I know there are a few business process that they use that are derived from scientology teachings. I don't really know anything about scientology but honestly the processes make sense and are useful. And they don't really feel like they have anything to do with scientology as a religion. The core concepts can be found in all kinds of business textbooks. I have also never heard any racist or sexist comments made my coworkers or management, despite spending a considerable amount of time with the CEO and Principal Ops. They are good people and treat their employees with respect. Shawn Windle the CEO is kind, fun, and servant hearted. As someone who would probably be considered low on the totem pole, he has always treated me with respect and made me feel seen and heard. I know for a fact I am not under payed, and also that CCU is in the top 2% of business schools in the nation. I don't know where the other reviewer got his information to say it is "not a good school" but it is simply not true. Again, I don't really have anything to gain from leaving this review, I just don't like false information going unchallenged. EAG has been a great place to work.

No job or company is perfect and you'll be looking forever if that's what you are trying to find. Obviously there are things that can be improved upon, but I have generally felt comfortable bringing these things up when I become aware of them.
