Talented and great co-workers (we lost most of them either by the layoff as a result of the acquisition, or by resignation to escape from the bad situation we have now) 2. Very organized and professional working environment with a good level of experience (no longer exist, the company is messy now)

1. The company simply does not have any attachment to the employees even their super stars. 2. No fair financial rewards even-though for their best employees who spent many years helping the company to grow and prosper. 3. The main theme for the company is being cheap in every thing they do, for example, employees give training to customers for free without any single benefit, moreover, the Per-Diem is very low ($40 in average), and another example is that such company making big revenues they tell their people to read articles rather than sending them to attend training. 4. Top level management gain all the benefits with a very huge gap between them and the employees who work for them. 5. No job safety at all
