Euranova is definitely a great place to work from my point of view. The projects (at least those I've worked on) are very interesting and challenging. There's always an expert to talk with and to challenge your ideas and initiatives regarding your projects or if you need any help. You quickly acquire responsibilities; this makes you feel important to the company. The initiatives and suggestions are always welcomed via feedback, whether positive or negative, questioning the system or changing the coffee type (true story). The system also insists on your self-responsibility; you manage your work(load) and your time as it suits you best and this flexibility is definitely a great asset for a job. Furthermore, self-development is very important for the company and you are able to manage it as you wish (learning new technologies, ...) thanks to the career management team and the business managers. The atmosphere at the HQ is good; there is always a person to talk with whether it is about a technical subject or not during a coffee break. People are nice and the (frequent) after-work events are always good moments. The knowledge sharing is pushed to its best between more senior people/researchers and the consultants (and vice-versa sometimes !). Whether it is via communities of practices or via the events organised during the week (code gym/ paper reading club/ open forum/ ...). The business managers are open to the discussion regarding your situation with the clients and they do their best to find you projects aligned with your main interests.

The culture of feedback of the company asks to be strongly active to take the feedback with intellectual honesty when it's a "tough" one.
