My damage ratio was practically zero, of which, I'm proud. I have seen forklift operators knock down a bay of 60 pallets, to be charged as damaged product. Of course, they're never seen again.

12 hour straight shifts. 4 days on, 4 days off. Every other month, because of their week ending schedule, your hours were split over 2 pay periods. Losing 8 hours overtime. That works out to alot of wages. Very upsetting. 2 10 minute breaks in a 12 hour shift. Gooble down a sandwich, and climb back onboard. Because everyone is individually graded, team concept was non-existant. 20 forklifts moving at full thottle. Many close calls.I began to give right of way, which affected my output, leading to my demise. I saw 20 faces come and go in the time I was there. They are constantly advertising for employees.
