      Too much emphasis on making shareholders happy and not doing what is right for the long-term success of the company. Top heavy management (too many chiefs and not enough indians) Poor business model that relies heavily on the whims of other companies/partners in order to keep them in business Agile development methodology with no serious QA and a lack of understanding/committment to doing what it takes to develop a better product Virtually all development was outsourced to India with poor communication in between Lack of communication between levels of management Employees afraid to voice their concerns for fear of management repercussions

This team works extremely well together.

      There are very few, honestly. As with any company there are challenges with communications. We have a tendency to change course rapidly, so if you not looking for a challenge, this is not for you.
