Eastern is really great at getting you started in the kitchen and bath field. You can learn a wide array of really useful info as well as meet a number of other industry professionals to network with.

In the sales department, management can be very strict and pushy. I personally feel a lot of competitive energy from sales management. I don't feel that I am trusted to manage my time effectively.

This company is great to work for if you want to learn more about the industry. If you can deal with rude and entitled people on the phone then this is the job for you.
