Worst working culture in office. People are always involved in politics rather doing useful work. No manager is helpful always trying to demotivate you as if you should know everything . Hr is a puppet of higher management no self respect for employees. No timely appraisal salary is very low . For every appraisal you will have to sign bond . Your appraisal is on basis of your buttering skills with managers not on your performance . Never join this company it will ruin your life. This company has iteration rate of 40-60%. Every 6 months company is looking for hiring freshers because no one wants to stay here.
