Provident fund is provided, though it can take a month or two to process after leaving. Some annual trips are arranged, but employees bear part of the expense.

Office hygiene is poor, with cockroaches sometimes found on desks and no proper cleaning management. Salary packages are below industry standards, and increments can be 0% even after a full year of service. The CEO expects employees to regularly work 10–12 hours a day, including weekends, without any overtime pay. Nepotism is common, and employees who put in less effort are often favored. Technical growth is limited since the company minimizes expenses by pushing developers to rely on free/open-source tools without proper design or QA processes. No regular employee engagement activities are offered, and there is no transparent system to evaluate performance.
