Working at EcoAct has been very good in terms of my professional development within the industry. Immediately starting, you get really stuck in and get to take part in a lot of different types of projects. The London team are friendly and great to work with. Working environment is conducive for entry level work.

Salary is not in line with other consulting companies (lower than what is usually offered for London)

EcoAct is made up of talented and passionate people. It's a really envigorating environment to work in because people are always sharing knowledge and working on new things.

The new parent company purchased EcoAct because of its performance and success, then changed all the processes that led to that success. Work is so much more bureaucratic now with convoluted processes that aren't designed with a sustainability consultancy in mind and is much more about the bottom line than sustainability. The company culture has suffered as a result, become much more corporate.
