Culture needs to improve with a focus on employee well-being and career growthm

Excellent working environment with flex time benefits / remote-work. Have been working in the compiler software team for over two years, with lot of opportunities to contribute on both frontend and backend of the compiler. Possible to work on both well defined long term compiler goals that impact the primary AI processor that the company produces, as well as the ability to work on compiler projects with big customers. Strong leadership, well funded and good team dynamics. Software and hardware teams communicate well. Extremely fast pace development environment which is rewarding for quick learners. Good compensation and benefits. Opportunities to implement new ideas as patents. Technical leaders expect engineers, especially senior ones to take ownership of development goals.

The software team develops at a very fast pace, that requires juggling multiple objectives. I find this cutting edge yet fast development environment great, however less room for mistakes. Internal documentations can be improved. Overall not much cons in my experience.
