Our former employee claims he had worked at Educational Networks for a long time. That is correct. He had been with us for more than 6 years. But why did he stay at Educational Networks for so long if he had such a low opinion of the company? The truth is that he had been treated well and with respect, and he had been compensated well, too. He did a great job most of the time. However, he was disappointed in the end when he was denied the promotion he had requested, which was to a position that did not even exist at the company. I agree with our former employee that we have a lot of highly talented people in our team. That's why we're so successful, and I am very proud of them. However, contrary to what he claims, both voluntary and involuntary turnover rates are extremely low at Educational Networks. In New York City, where our headquarters are located, we compete successfully against the biggest software companies in the US for recruiting and retaining talent. We certainly embrace talent and compensate competitively. Unfortunately our former employee is technically not qualified to evaluate the practices of our software design and engineering team.
