Politics at its best.. Seniors simply doesnt want new guys to enter and stay..they will play dirty politics, harass you and make your life miserable, such that you will resign yourself. For old guys..this company is like their Govt job..they have made such rapport with the director that they will never ever be fired...instead they make sure juniors are fired as soon as they become old... The complain will be against you to fire you..even if you are doing good work.. you have no freedom to enjoy even office parties...because they simply cant see the new guys enjoying... Their so called bangalore team are even more horrible...they are even controlled by bhubaneswar team to fire...they didnt even listen to what you have to say..they will simply fire you on the basis of the feed back from Bhubaneswar team...
